Kayley, the breakfast dish

If you think that i'm out of my mind for wanting to dress up babies in cutie suits for photoshoot (i.e.: think along the lines of the famous baby calendar, where babies wear strawberry, animal suits and etc), you most probably will think that my Sis had gone mad. It must have been the weeks of confinement that did her in.

Here's what she'd sent me this morning via MMS.
Subject of MMS? It's "Breakfast anyone?".


The "plate" is the mattress.
The "egg" is the pillow.
The "tomato" is a cushion.
The "cabbage (leave)" is a blanket.
And the "sausage" is...?
Kayley baby!

Given that baby Kayley's head is just slightly bigger than my palm, you can start to imagine how small all these things actually are in... wow...

お姫様。。。誕生！

こんにちは！
これは　Ｋａｙｌｅｙ　です。私の姪です。

バラ

最近同僚たちはちょっと気がめいるので、上司は皆に慰めるために向日葵(ヒマワリ)を買ってあげました。
私も上司からヒマワリをもらった。嬉しかった。
上司と一緒に向日葵を買う時、バラも見ました。よく考えると、３茎を買った。
Recently, my colleagues have been feeling a little down.
So my boss went and bought some sunflowers to cheer them up. I'd received one from my boss too :)
While i was buying the sunflowers with my boss, i saw some roses and bought 3 stalks myself.

１茎は私のでした。１茎はタンポポちゃんのでした。もう１茎はシエルちゃんのでした。
しょうじきいうと、花が人に慰めるの力があるようと思います。
もしそれをパソコンのそばに置いたら、気分がどんどん良くになってかも知れない。
One was for myself. One was for Tanpoppo. And one was for Cheryl.
Honestly, I think flowers have some sort of "power" to cheer people up.
It kind of improveｓ your mood if you place it beside your computer.

偶然の出会い。猿と。

３月６日２００９年（金曜日）

朝に仕事へ行くとき、家の近くの橋で猿と遭った。
嘘じゃないよ。これは証明だ！
While on my way to work in the morning, i encountered a monkey on a bridge, near my place.
I'm not lying. Here's the proof!



実は、びっくりしました。普通はこんな所で猿と遭うなんて無理ですよね。
この猫もびっくりしましたよ。ほら、見て。そんな仕草。
I was surprised, to be honest. You don't usually encounter a monkey in such a place don't ya?
Even the cat was surprised too! Just take a look at its behavior!
